Getting Started
|
You may contact us by phone, email or website. Our administrative staff will take
basic information and help you clarify what type of service is best suited to your
concerns. All appointments are arranged through our Livingston office.
Our Front Desk staff will explain our procedures for Psychiatric Evaluations and
schedule your appointments. If you are calling for either Psycho Diagnostic or
Educational Testing or Psychotherapy, one of our professional staffs with contact you.
We will make every effort to return your call within 24 hours.
Whether you enter our services through psychiatric evaluation, testing, or psychotherapy,
you will receive an initial evaluation. Once it is completed, we will work with you to
develop customized treatment planning.
In addition to our own professional staff, we maintain contact
with a large network of professional specialist providers
in the tristate area. Dr. Lavender is available to see our
practice patients in her New York City office.

Informed Consent and HIPAA forms carefully.
